Hello, I'm Tracy. For over 20 years, I have worked as a psychotherapist, and I believe therapy should be a safe space where you can laugh, cry, and truly be yourself. My role is to listen, facilitate insight, and create an environment where you feel heard and understood.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor's in Psychology. My clinical experience is blended with a holistic perspective to provide you with comprehensive support. I am licensed to see clients who reside in both Colorado and Illinois
I specialize in working with adults who are ready to create healthier, more fulfilling lives. My practice is for you if you are looking to manage overwhelming emotions, navigate difficult life changes, or heal from challenging relationships.
You are a good fit for my practice if you are:
An adult struggling with anxiety, depression, or stress.
Going through a significant life transition such as a divorce, grief, or a career change.
Working to heal from toxic relationships, including those involving narcissistic abuse and codependency.
Seeking "relationship therapy for one" to build healthier patterns and stronger boundaries, whether you are in a partnership or not.
I primarily work with individual adults, including elders (65+). My practice is a safe, affirming space for members of the LGBTQ+ community, and I have extensive experience supporting women through their unique challenges.
My approach is integrative and holistic, blending the most effective, evidence-based tools to support your unique needs. We will draw from proven methods, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness techniques. These approaches are powerful for increasing awareness of your thoughts and emotions, developing effective coping skills, and managing stress.
I specialize in helping adults work through difficult life experiences, establish healthy boundaries in relationships, and recover from narcissistic abuse. Our work together will focus on achieving self-regulation, clarity, and balance so you can create a more harmonious life
My goal is to make the process of starting therapy as clear and straightforward as possible. Here is what you can expect when working with me.
Fees & Payment
My standard out-of-network rate for a 50-minute individual session is $180. A sliding scale is available for those who may be eligible; please feel free to ask about this option.
For your convenience, I accept a variety of payment methods, including all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), cash, check, and payments from your Health Savings Account (HSA). Payment is due at the time of service.
Insurance
I am in-network with most major insurance plans, including Aetna, Anthem, BlueCross / BlueShield, Cigna, Optum, Kaiser and UnitedHealthcare, among others. If you use your in-network benefits, you will only be responsible for your copay at the time of our session.
Session Format & Location
I currently offer sessions exclusively through secure video telehealth. Because I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in both Colorado and Illinois, I am able to provide telehealth services to residents of either state.
