Do you do online sessions?

Yes, I will schedule online sessions for private pay clients for a fee of $120 per 50-minute session.

Do you offer an initial consultation?

Yes! I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation.

How long will our work together take?

I have seen the most success when clients commit to at least six months to a year of consistent weekly sessions. I often see profound transformation occur after one year. Clients then choose if they want to continue sessions in order to maintain their momentum in using their new tools and skills.

How will I get the most out of our sessions?

People often show the best results by being engaged, participatory, consistent, and committed. Open-mindedness, a positive attitude, being open to change, and willing to work between our sessions are also major benefits.

What could impede my progress?

People often get stuck or compromise results if they want to use therapy as a setting to complain or blame, but not to make changes. Other barriers include not being motivated, refusing to take responsibility, being resistant to change, new ideas, or new ways of doing things; or wanting their life to stay as it is.

What is your style of counseling?

Although clinically trained, I will not spend endless sessions diagnosing you, or trying to find out what is wrong with you. People’s symptoms are typically indicators of what is not working in their lives, so sessions are dedicated to revealing these things, followed by adjustment and repositioning. I blend clinical and intuitive training and use modalities such as DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) and Positive Psychology. I also incorporate intuitive tools such as oracle or tarot cards, and meditation and visualization.

What makes you stand out from other therapists?

I use psychology and spirituality in my work with clients. I give people a place to investigate and become their whole selves. Often clients feel drawn to work with me because they feel limited by what traditional psychology offers. They want to work in a setting that allows space for not just their minds or emotions, but also their souls.
